Menu

All of our food is prepared fresh using ingredients sourced from local suppliers. If you have specific dietary requirements please see a member of staff.

Food served Monday to Friday from 12 noon-7pm, Saturday from 10am-7pm and Sunday from 11am-5pm (serving roasts, breakfasts, bargains and soup and sandwiches).

Breakfast served as long as the kitchen is open. Afternoon teas are available from 12noon every day. Please place your order at the counter, where you can also find our great range of drinks, fresh fruit, cakes and desserts.

Mulled Mixed Berry Punch
A delicious mix of berry juices infused with orange and lemon slices, cinnamon and star anise.

Brink Toddy
Spiced apple, plum and cinnamon served hot as a winter warmer

Spiced Cherry
Sour cherry, red grape and hibiscus enhanced with the ultimate blend of more than sixty spices.

Seasonal Sherbet
A chilled blend of lemon, lime, fresh ginger and lemongrass with just the right amount of sweetness for a perfect sherbet.

A Little Bit of Luxury
A sparkling blend on apple elderfower and orange blossom, with a hint of lemon and luxuriously sweetened with strawberries.

Virgin Margarita
Lime, orange and lemon crushed over ice. A classic zesty combination.

Brink Panther
A blend of fresh strawberries, cranberry juice, apple and elderflower blended with ice and topped up with pink lemonade.

The Brink is a community interest company (CIC) owned by the charity Action on Addiction, and was established to support people recovering from addiction as well as to provide benefit to the sider community by offering a vibrant, healthy alternative to the prevailing culture of harmful drug and alcohol consumption. Any surplus funds are redirected to support addiction recovery and family support in the Liverpool community.
